Just wondering what other 15mo are measuring. Just had dd measured at clarks and she is a 4f which to me seems quite small considering she's 80cm tall. I know it's really a non issue but does anyone have any idea what is deemed average?

same as my 18 month old so sounds fine to me! and she is tall too!

mejon · 03/09/2011 11:20

Seems reasonable to me. DD1 was a 3.5F at 17 months but she was (and is) small for her age.

Just spoke to my friend whose son was born exactly same day as my dd and he's a size 7g!

DD1 has just turned 5 and is in 8.5F - I have bought her some school shoes in a 9 but they're still a little bit too big so she'll be in her Doodles when she goes back to school!

DD is 2.4 and a size 3.5F.

Rubyabcd · 03/09/2011 20:03

14m is 31/2 f

15mo DD is 5G.

My 3yo DD is still only a 7.

Northernrose · 03/09/2011 20:10

At 15mo our dd1 was 5.5H...she was about 90cm tall...now she's a 7H at 19mo..don't worry they come in all shapes and sizes and a wee friend is a size 3 at 15 mo and must be around 80cm like your lo

TryLikingClarity · 03/09/2011 20:11

18 month old DS is a 5H.

H is the widest fitting, but they are almost so narrow on him that the velcro just about touches.

DH also has wide feet, so I'm assuming DS takes after him.

Tgger · 03/09/2011 22:25

sounds very normal. DD is now approaching 3 and only in a 6.5. At the same age DS was in about 8 or 9. They're all different.

stranded bear go to startrite my wee girl was 3g and could walk very well cruisers no use outside especially as coming up to winter, got lovely black patent boots ( had to get boots as was really 2.5 but no walking shoes in that size) and boots as come up farther so stay on better she wore them for 6 months at least

LaWeasel · 04/09/2011 23:32

Well... DD was still a 4 at 2yo and has just crept up to a 5 at 2 1/2, so I wouldn't worry about it (it's miles cheaper to start with, she wears each pair of shoes for a lot longer than most kids!)

I have small feet for an adult and I expect she will just be the same.
