Dd2 (6), had to go to psych for a follow up appointment about her handwashing this week. She is doing really great with it and they were pleased enough to discharge her

They asked if I had any other concerns and so I said about her behaviour at home, which is as bad as ever. I admitted that I basically now didn't know what t do with her, and so she was getting away with murder.

Anyway, they have given me a place on a Positive parenting course . I am so pleased, because I have tried to find one before, and never had any luck. It doesn't start until feb, but still. It is 4 weeks in a group with other parents with the same probs and a psych, and then 3 weeks of follow up consulations by phone, and then one last meet up to see how everyone is getting on.

I can't wait.
