18 month old and 5 year old - sharing....

There is probably no answer to this - but had both DCs screaming this pm as they both wanted the garden hose - of course my 5 year would be happy with taking turns but the little one was not.. just feel for the older one - any thoughts?

We have similiar, 8 yrs and 21 mths. Used to let the little one have his own way, but hes cottoned on to it and now I don't, just let him cry. Teach them to share ....all fun and games.x:)
