Started on solids now waking in the night

DD is nearly 6 months and has been having solids for a few weeks - loves it. But, having been a champion sleeper-through, is now waking up c.0400 - not with hunger, but just wakeful, or fitful sleep till her 0600 bottle. I increased the formula a bit when starting on solids, so I don't think it's that, but would love to know if anyone else has had this and did it pass.... (Maybe just payback time for all our previous unbroken nights....)?

Could she be a bit gassy? Maybe have any gas inducing food (fruit or veg) more at lunchtime and stick to porridge for dinner?

Thank you. Have only done veg at lunchtime so far, but maybe will give a little porridge with pm feed to see if that settles her. fingers crossed Smile
