Help with dd pooing pants

my dd was 3 in march, she has been fully trained for around 6 months. A few weeks ago she had a chest infection and was given antibiotics. Since then she has pooed her pants, she just does it as if she doesn't know she is doing it. I don't really want to put her back in pull ups but it's getting a bit much.

I wonder whether the antibiotics have removed the good bacteria from her tummy - causing her to have runny poos.

Having just researched pre and pro biotics, I reckon she'd need probiotics added to the gut if the anti-b's have removed them (so something with lactobacilli).

webpage is here for info as I'm not medically trained.

Thank you so much, sounds like that's what it is, I am going to speak to HV tomorrow and see if I should see doctor. Hoping HV can recommend something. Thanks again
