Does anyone know a good Magnesium and/or Zinc supplement - preferably drops or liquid that can be added to food - for a child of around 2.

They are supposed to be great for all sorts of behavioural issues...

Minerals and vitamins are far better absorbed by the body from food than from supplements - in order to get a result supplements have to contain high concentrations of the active ingredient. Which means that your DCs kidneys and liver have to work harder to get rid of them. I'd be more inclined to boost their intake of foods that contain zinc and magnesium - for example nearly all meat is high in zinc (beef, lamb, poultry) and tuna, banana, wholewheat flour all contain high levels of magnesium.
