The remote control? Loves it!
Mobile phones? Brilliant!
Dirty tissues out of the bin? Fascinating!
Hot cup of tea? A must-have!
Toys lovingly chosen by his doting mammy? Not a glimmer!

Souns familiar my 10 mo ds fave toys are:

Keys which then end up under the fridge/sofa/anywhere else I can't blimmin find em!
the table in our lounge which is apparently great to slide back and forth on the laminate floor - particuarly if its got drinks on it!
phones, remotes etc

Ditto, ditto and ditto. We gave ds (14m) his own remote control and mobile - but of course they are not interesting - he wants the one I have in my hand! Cups and glasses - I want to drink out of them like a big boy, he thinks. So I let him have a sip and he looks so pleased with himself! He then enjoys the acoustics of singing into the empty mug. Empty packaging. Videos, CDs, coasters off the coffee table - in fact anything off the coffee table, or out of a cupboard, or drawer .... but not toys!
