Walking

My 16 month old little boy is a very active crawler and loves to climb but is not walking on his own yet. He wants to be on his feet and loves walking with his baby walker but have noticed his feet turn out so his toes point out to the sides, which means he doesn't have much balance and tends to belly flop when he tries to walk unaided.
Could there be something wrong or is he just too good at crawling so sees no point in trying to walk?

My son walked at 20 months. I wouldn't worry.

If you're worried have a chat with the HV. They don't tend to worry too much that children aren't walking until after 18 months. However might be worth mentioning the turn of his feet - maybe this is something to do with why he's not mastered indep walking yet. :)
