wriggling on the bottle

not sure if my 4 week old has either wind, reflux or lactose intolerance. he wriggles and cant finish his bottle which is really hard, any ideas?

My DD was the same and has silent reflux. Look up the symptoms on the net and if it fits I would get him to a gp who should be able to prescribe you something.
