Can anyone tell me what are the best vitamin drops to give my 6 month son? All the ones i've looked at seem to be loaded with sugar.

I know vitamins are recommended by Health Visitors but I don't want to add sugar to my son's diet.

I found the same thing; sugar, colourings, peanut oil...

I decided to make sure that DS has a really varied diet instead. It does make me a little nervous, but then so would constant supplementation Confused.

We use "Wellkid", as we also didn't want a load of sugar, preservatives, etc. It's got no sweeteners, colours, artificial flavours, lactose, gluten, salt or yeast - and seems to have a good range of vitamins and minerals. It's vegetarian too. We get it from the Vitabiotics website, as they seem to have an ongoing 3 for 2 offer.
