DD is almost 10 mo and is - day by day - getting to be a complete diva. I can't believe a baby so young can be like this, but she screams and shouts angrily if her brother (3yo) is getting our attention, she pushes and pinches him when he comes near her, grabs his toys from him.... what on earth will they be like in a couple of years

Is this normal for a second baby - a phase or (gulp) her personality showing? I am not sure I can stand being shouted at ALL DAY any more.
Help!
