my dd 4 1/2 yr is constantly tired- she is in bed at 6.30-7every night, and wakes round . However She has a very short temper especially with her sister (3yrs). And is generally grumpy all day. Have spoken to her nursery teacher, she only goes mornings. No problems, she is happy to go every morning. Have been to dr, who robbed me off saying she was probably growing too quick. Any advice. Is getting to the point where she spends a lot of time watching telly as is too grizzly to go anywhere. I also have ds 4 month who she loves very much, but I am beginning to wonder if it is an attention thing after this afternoon we had to leave the park after she had a massive strop because she has to wait her turn on the swing whilst her sister had a turn.
Any suggestions As her behaviour and strips are becoming a nightmare.
