Hi just wondered what is a suitable bed time for 16 week old?
He normally goes to bed between 7 and 7.30. However i have just put him to bed now as he was not a happy chappy, over tired i think as does not nap well in the day

I've always tried to get my DD down for 7pm (she is 19wks now) although on days when she doesn't nap very well I might put her down a bit early like 630.

We started at 6pm from about 10 weeks. Moved on to 6.30pm but not sure when and now (2.6yrs) are 7pm. Depends what suits you best. If you're a household that gets up a bit later then a later bedtime might well work. My DH was always up at 6.30am for work so we needed the earlier bedtime. I have friends who put their DS the same age as my DD to bed between 8.30-9 but he regularly sleeps past 8am in the morning as a result.

We start bedtime routine between 6 and 7 - she'll be asleep anytime between 630 and 830 (usually 7ish though). Wakes once in the night at either 230 or 430 (sometimes both), then up at 630.
