My DD is 2.3 and has always slept 10-12 hours no problem. However for the last week or two she has been waking at 3am ish. She sometimes just needs a cuddle and to be tucked in, but increasingly she is asking for milk. She gies back off quickly with either, but I am getting v tired. Any ideas?

Hiya
I am thinking that perhaps by giving her the cuddle and/or milk you are the reason she is waking every night.... I think if you want it to end you need to be a bit tougher (I know its hard my DD is 3.4 and I am a fine one to talk) She went through this phase and I would get up and sing her a song or give her a cuddle until a few weeks on enough was enough.... I gave her next to no contact (maybe hand to shoulder to get her to turn back into her sleep position) and next to no chat (I did the supernanny method)
