What to do about bedwetting 4.5yr old?

My ds was toilet trained at 3.5., It took a week and from then on he was dry both day and night.

He managed this for a whole year, but for the last few weeks he started wetting the bed a few times, but this has increased now to every night.

What has caused this, and what do I do?

He doesn't wake up himself.

My 4.5yr old occasionally wets the bed; he stays asleep too. The only thing that works for him is to limit the amount of fluids. I give him loads to drink up until 3ish. He has a drink with dinner at 5:30pm and another small drink at 7:00. Good luck
