My youngest (of three) is extremely violent - hitting, smacking, punching biting, bodyslamming (he's really tall and 3 stone and itfilling hurts).

I am consistent wth NO etc but my older two weren't like this.

Hes worse with me and ith DS1 (age 7, but weighs sameas DS2) nd TBH he's really hurting him!

Any tipswould be much appreciatd

Have you tried any other ways of controlling his behaviour except for saying NO? Do you use anything like time out, take toys away, whatever other methods?

Yes we ahve tried time out, but he takes no notice - tking toys away has no effect. It'sv diffcult

when does it happen?
is he overwhelmed by too much stinmulus and trying to get some privacy?
is he frustrated at not getting his own way and not yet learnt a better way of dealing with this?
can he hear properly, and speak so he is understood?

IT's pretty constant at the moment, but a lot of it is jeaousy - if it's one to one with him, h's USUALLY fine, but bring another persno in (or kid) and he's a beast. Likes all the attention.

Hearng is fine, he is a late talker but he's beginning to make himsef a lot clearer.

He jus seems excessively violent
