pulling to standing

hello

dd is 12 months and she has only just started pulling to standing (about a week). She crawls fast and well using both legs hands evenly. However when she pulls to stand so far she is always pulling up using her left leg? Is this ok? Once standing she supports herself on both.

thx

Perfectly normal for a baby to favour one leg over the other. Once she becomes more confident she'll be up and down on both x

Many thanks for that.

Makes sense, when she first stood up was standing pretty much on one leg (which i guess at least shows some pretty cool balance). However now weight distribution once standing seems pretty even.

i have NO idea why i worry so much about everything to do with LO.

I'm assuming she's your first.... and that is your answer :)

I have DS1 (13yrs) DD (3.4yrs) and DS2 (14months) and I wouldn't have noticed what leg DS2 first stood on, or even if it was the same every time x

quite right - the one and only !!!!

thanks!
