Anyone else have experience of mysterious lumps and bumps appearing on their LO's heads?
I noticed this lump a few days ago and am a little worried. It is about the size of bottle top on the front right across from her fontanel.
It seems to be hard/boney, doesn't move and doesn't cause her any pain.
Will get it checked by Doc but in mean time wondered if anyone had any clue?
Wasn't sure where to post this thread!
Thanks

Did you have an assisted delivery? My DD was forceps assisted and had a hard lump on her cheekbone which came up slowly and was still there at the 6 week check. It grew to about the size of almond and I was sure it was a cyst. But it did gradually shrink and disappear, so must have just been a forceps pinch I think.

Mention it at the 6 week check if you are worried. Babies do have quite lumpy looking heads for a while - our DD has a head like a piece of popcorn ... looks better with hair Wink
