Wow, my formerly Selective mute dd wants the lead part in school play!

I cannot believe it, my shy socially anxious dd wants to be Alice in school production of Alice in Wonderland

It is a musical though and let's just say she is probably not the best singer in the school so she might not get the part, but she really wants to have a part - I am gobsmacked .

She said she had to sing a couple of lines in front of the class today and was really nervous but she did it

D0G - how old is ds? Dd is almost 10 and she was SM from when she started nursery age 3 till half way through p1 when she was 5.5
