Aww, my niece is 7 months old and is only 15lb 6oz.

OTOH my almost 6 month old weighs in at a whopping 21lb 5oz!! Can't you just tell he likes his grub

HVC wants her seen again in a month as she is 'slow to gain' and has reminded me that immunisations are very important and i should keep upto date with them(so far dd3 has had one lot of the 3 course jabs). it'd be so much easier if i could make an appointment to get them done whilst dd2 is at preschool, as she cannot cope in docs surgery and would go mad, and its very tiring trying to stop a 3yr old and balence dd3 as well.

why can't you? I didn't get DD's primary jabs done during baby clinic, I made an appointment with the nurse during doctor's hours (but then I was being difficult by refusing the ones containing thimerosal)

cos its a nightmare getting appointments there. i really dont fancy waiting an afternoon to get jabs done.

i will get it done, i promise lol. its finding time atm. i would;ve gone today but had to go to dd1 new school to meet the head and collect uniform.

My dd was 15lb exactly at her 8 month check, she is now nearly three and has a lovely body, not puppy chubby but not too skinny either and she is very healthy and very full of beans. Weight charts and centile are a pile of rubbish it's development and happiness hv's should be looking at.
