Dealing with a fussy eater, 18 months old - any good books?

My son's driving me a bit nuts at the moment with his refusal to taste anything new (he's always been a fussy eater). I've been looking at books on Amazon, but it's hard to tell which ones would be any good with a child that is so young. Any suggestions?

I always stuck with www.annabelkarmel.com/ for the basics. I had a few of her books and still use some of the recipies now.

TBH, it's more a case of getting some ideas, and repeating them several times, rather than trying to be adventurous. And, always eat with him when it's something new. Make it a sociable experience and don't make a fuss if he doesn't eat it.
