DD is going to run away rather than stay here with her brothers and said she can't have fun with them here.

can you arrange some play dates so she has her girl friends round.
Do you have any opportunity to palm the boys off on someone and spend some quality time with DD.
Whats the age gap between DD and DSs, any chance they could actually do some activities together so she can see that she can have fun with them - swimming maybe, or bowling.
Maybe you should pretend to help her pack and set up a camp at the bottom of the garden - then she could have fun pretending to run away.

I'd pack her bags!

If you're even remotely serious, could you post their ages so we can make some helpful suggestions?

If you're not, tell her that as the youngest and only girl in a family of three I feel her pain. And it doesn;t get any better! (I'm 50!)

Tell her sisters are just as bad - I have 3. She can have them all if she wants.

She is the middle child and she is 7. He brothers are 5 and 10. She has gone to my PIL for a couple of nights as they promised her before and she was too poorly to go. I have told them all many times they have quite a few years left of having to live together so they have to find a way to get on.
