My 9 week old DS slept through the night for the first time on Monday of this week. Then he had 2 nights where he was up 2/3 times a night to be fed. On Thursday he got his first lot of immunisations and was unsettled and over-tired but wouldn't sleep for longer than 3 hours that night.

Since Friday morning, all he seems to have done is sleep! He'll wake up to be fed and changed, then drop right back off to sleep again. He's feeding normally, doesn't have a high temp and is wet/dirty fine enough. Apart from sleeping constantly he's perfectly fine it seems.

On Friday night he slept for 12 hours and had to be woken to be fed by DH as we were worried. Basically all he's doing is eating and sleeping!

I'm probably just being a paranoid first time mother and should be grateful for the peace and quiet but since this has only been going on from Friday it's got me concerned that somethings not quite right. Just looking for some thoughts on this really!

As girlie said. Perfectly normal - make the most of it before the dreaded 4 month sleep regression kicks in Grin
