Boys/men peeing on toilet seat

arghhhh not sure if this is the right place but I need help....

Ds (11) and dh(40) have a disgusting habit of peeing on the toilet seats and not wiping them after so I go in and either remember to wipe or if it's middle of night end up sitting in it!

I have tried asking nicely, I have shouted, I have even left post it notes but they still bloody do it!!!!

I have told ds if he can't pee properly he has to sit down to do it but still puddles! Both deny being responsible despite evidence and I am at my wits end....

Help?????

They have to clean the toilet, and the bathroom then.
Both are old enough to be responsible, they are choosing to be foul.

My 4 year old knows to wipe the seat if he pees on it

They sound lazy and disgusting TBH

Why is it ok for you to have to sit in their wee?!

Do they not lift the seat? They might still pee on the rim, but you wouldn't sit in it.

They pee behind the seat as well... It's horrible!

Dh is now responsible for downstairs loo and I may ban them both from Upstairs until it stops....

Drives me mad - fortunately dh doesn't do it (slightly OCD about cleanliness himself!) but ds certainly does.

We wrote a note and attached it to the toilet seat just to remind him to lift the seat up and give it a little clean if he misses! Has worked so far

My post it notes worked for about 3 days.... Might need to do a neon sign, laminate it and stick it where it can't be missed!!

Please do not despair, there is a new product coming onto the market which will please all us mum's that are constantly battling with the males in our lives to keep the seat up and then down and CLEAN.
