My DS2 (5) has been saying he wants to marry me for a while now. At first I though 'how sweet' and just said, 'aw that is kind and wouldn't that be lovely , but I'm already married to Dad' etc.ect..
He is ramping it up recently a bit, wants me to wear my wedding dress again, he wants to wear a James Bond Tux (he thinks this is the right sort of thing for a wedding) . Tonight he decided the wedding is tomorrow so he thinks I should sleep with him from now on and not Dad. He has decided Dad and DS1 are going to throw flowers.
I thought this was sweet to start with, but now I'm a bit worried about how to handle it without hurting his feelings and worried I have a potential oedipal thing going on in the house.
Ideas?
