I heard it loud and clear. He is playing in the garden whilst I tidy up inside. I saw him struggling with one of his toys and then we said 'oh f*'
I was too shocked to do or say anything, I am mortified! I know he must have heard it from dh or myself but we rarely swear and if we do it is under our breath. I feel terrible! Blush

i think its all kids that manage to pick this up. my neice said it, luckily it only lasted about a month. my nephew is currently saying it. hilarious as he found a toy broken and said 'f*cking hell its broke' in a really strong brummy accent.

if he says it again just repeat everything but replace the bad word with something that rhymes with it. eventually he'll stop

My DD came out with this word at about the same age. Stuck in a traffic jam in the middle of town she suddenly burst out "f*ing traffic!". Unfortunately we had the roof down and there were several people walking past us at the time Blush.

I do say "fucksake" under my breath, and when our son was trying to put his converse boots on (fiddly with the laces!) the other day he goes to himself, under his breath, "fucksake"...!

So funny, but really NOT at the same time!
