He is into art, football and gamey stuff??!! This is the description given to me by his mum.

I have no Idea what is on the market - please help Smile

Thanks x

I would say a token. I am buying a lot of Amazon tokens at the moment, DD is nearly 10 and all her friends are turning that age. Buying something they'll like (and we can afford) is a disaster.

You can get these sketch books where it teaches you how to draw cartoons in anime style - maybe he would like that?

my son is 11 nearly 12 and prefers vouchers or money, that way he can buy what he likes. Feels like a bit of independance to him Smile

I think I need that alarm clock for my dd (also 11) except it would need to be a real rocket to get her out of bed

Art stuff sounds great - and a nice change from computer games and vouchers. How about Staedler felt-tips - lovely quality. There is a really good book by Klutz which teaches kids the basics of animation - that would be good.

Jimi Hendrix CD- perfect music for a preteen :)

Otherwise, books, art materials, something from Hawkin's Bazaar.

Thank you for all your replies.

If all else fails I will resort to vouchers but for now I think I will attempt to be adventurous and have a look at some of the products mentioned. I just hope I don't disappoint him! Grin
