HELP WITH SLEEPING

Hi i have twins aged 3 and a half. They wake up at least twice in the night for milk and scream tha place down withount it, any tips to help me cut this out?

I would say you 2 choices here, either go cold turkey, have a week of upset but it'll soon be over or reduce the milk by an oz every 3 nights until its all gone.

With 2 to wean, it may be easier on you to wean them slowly, I know I wouldn't have the strength half way through the night to "fight" 2 LOL

But the sooner you do it, the better for you all. At 3.5 there is no reason why they should be waking and eating. It's a habit that needs breaking. Good luck!
