If I have told her no or not to do something she has start to slap me, mostly right across the face. If I say to not smack mummy she generally will do it again!
I have never smack her, I was smacked as a child and it has effected me ( although my mother do not believe this and will say I am misrepresenting what happened). She has not witnessed any violence in the household. She has gone to nursery for a couple of days a week for about 8 mths now.
I have tried explaining why she shouldn't smack that it hurts and makes me sad and I have tried timeout/naughty spot.
What can I do? I especially don't want this to start with other people/children. She is only just 3. Tia
