I'll start straight off by blaming his daddy!
but my 2.4 yr old is saying fffffffff ckkkk.
and I don't know how to stop himSad
I think we made a mistake the first time he did it by bringing attention to it and telling him to stop.
Now he thinks it is funny to say it then says, stop say that, and grins.

What do I do!?

DD 4.5yrs never did this and even knows he shouldn't say it now.Sad

DH seems to not realise he says it so much, I warned him and asked him to stop but it fell on deaf ears.

Ignore ignore ignore. Bring no attention to it.

Tell your DH to stop in no uncertain terms. Pull him up on it every time. Swear box?

You're doing the right thing by now ignoring it. Make sure it's a complete ignore - don't even stop what your doing or look at him. Keep with that and he'll move onto another 'word of the moment' when he's bored.

With regards to DH...MEN!!!! What more can I say?

Good luck. x

It is so hard to ignoreShock
But by bringing attention to DH saying it I am re highlighting it for DS?

At least it is not a totally clear version of the word. You could almost miss it, if you didn't know that that was what it was.

sigh, yes men.
He blames working with 'The Boys' it is common place there darling.Hmm
Honestly, sometimes I bring him up on it and he is shocked,
What did I say!?

Oh for goodness sake Hmm

I would agree that in front of DS you need to ignore it when DH says it, but make DH aware!
