baby peeing on his back

Keep finding baby with a wet back but nappy is dry-ish? Any ideas? Have changed him 5 times?

Also changed him to formula from breastmilk during the nights does this increase the amount babies pee?

Have same problem. I think it's because the nappy isn't tight enough around back. Mine is 5 wks and has happened a few times. It always happens from the middle of night change - 2 tired to remember to ensure on properly.

do you make sure his willy is pointing down when you put his nappy on?

My little one used to do exactly the same - he just grew out of it.

He was a skinny little thing so the newborn nappies didn't quite fit him!
