I went out to get dinner and dh sent him to bed for something. I went up and asked him to turn something off he had on in his room. he got out of bed and refused to go. He started throwing things around in his room including a toy trolley and his bunk bed stairs. He ended up on the floor and I held him and talked calmly to him. He did calm down but won't say what if anything is wrong. I said to go to bed and left the room. He shouted that I was an idiot and everyone in the house was too. He is now banging around in his room and throwing things. I am in pain after trying to calm him and want to have dinner but do I leave him or try and talk to him again? He has done this before and I just don't know if he is upset, cross, angry or just being a pita
