Breast obsession

My almost 4yr old DS is obsessed with my boobs. I breast fed him until he gave me up and is now obsessed with my boobs. He always wants to lie on them and touch them. What should I do if anything???

My youngest was a bit of a booby-boy, used to like to tuck his hands down my top etc...not great when in company. I very very gently, over a period of time, moved his hands to my neck/tum etc so he was cuddling me but not groping me. I was so worried I'd upset him/alienate him (and it is a natural mummy/child thing I think) that I did it very subtly.

He's stopped now...its just DH I have doing it now

My DS is the same. I breastfed him till he was nearly 3 1/2. He's 4 now.

Just about to have another one too - so I'm knowing that DS will want to drink milk. I'm going to have to be strong in saying no.

I don't think its anything to worry about though. It does irritate me occasionally, but mostly it just makes me laugh.

Even if he manages to stop being obsessed now I am sure the obsession will be back in when he becomes a teenager

My DS is also a Breast Man. I used to just move his hand gently away so he was hugging me instead - until he started picking at a mole on the back of my neck and it bled [ouch]! He then moved on to twiddling one of my ear lobes while going to sleep. He now fiddles with one of his own nipples for comfort. I told him "mummy's boobies are private", not sure he believes me as I'm perpetually whapping them out to feed ds2! He did ask for boobie milk when I started feeding ds2, I let him have some in a cup, he tasted it and pulled the most repulsed face I've ever seen! I was quite relieved but he was so disgusted, I was bordering on offended too!

TCOB, I'm hoping the teenage breast obsession won't include my boobs!!!

My dd is also nearly 4 (on Monday!) and loves my boobs. She often tries to stick a hand down there and says 'I like your boobies'! Dh thinks it's v funny!

I wouldn't worry too much - like anything else they'll grow out of this phase!

Thanks for all the advice. I will try and gently encourage him not to do it, but like you say don't want to offend him as he finds comfort in hugging me. I am sure he will grow out of it but I am sure he will be a boob man like his Dad when he is older. My boobs aren't even that big!!
