Could not eating mean teething?

My ds (8 and half mo) has been off his food for a few days. He does have a cold aswell, but its very unusual for him to not want much at every meal, and especially to push away his bottle at times too!! We have had a little pink at times but nothing particularly raging!!

Could this mean he's teething?

It could do but it could mean he has a sore throat...my ds never wants to drink milk or eat when he's got a sore throat. Hope he's better soon.

Thanks 13lucky, but we took him to the doc yesterday as his chest was rattley over the weekend - she said all fine!!!!! But something is definately not fine!! Thanks though

Hi Bluesmile, just wanted to say that my DD definietly went off her food every time a tooth was coming through. So it is possible. Really hope your DS is better soon.

yep, my DS went right off eating for about a week and we couldn't figure out what the problem was as there were no other symptoms but then we noticed a molar coming through. Don't worry, just try milk, yoghurt etc.
