5 month old sounding like a cat

Yes, this obviously is my first child!

For the past couple of weeks instead of 'normal' babbling she makes noises where she sounds like a cat. All. The. Time. This is normal right?!

Yeah my 6mo DS does it and has been doing since about 4m.

Like a Very Pissed Off Cat to be more precise.

He's learnt to blow raspberries now so we get a little more variation.

Mine sounds like an owl. (5.5m) "ooooh oooooh oooooh oooooh ooooh ooooh..." the cats leave the room in disgust.
