1st Birthday..can anyone help?

My dd is turning 1 next week and i would love to find something special for her. Can anyone suggest anything? She is my 5th dc and is the little petite babe, so different from my others. She will, in effect, have the last ever 1st birthday in our house so I would love to find her something just that little bit different and special

I'm planning on getting dd a pandora (or similar) bracelet for her 1st birthday. I'd like to buy charms for special events over the years (eg.first day at school,holidays etc) and then give it to her on her 18th birthday. Just think it would be a lovely keep sake

Thanks all..still not decided but i do love the blanket idea thisis. She has so many but i would love to find her a special one that would grow with her iyswim.
It is so hard. We have loads of toys so it has to be something different. The bracelet idea is a lovely thought to. May just have to do both..oh and of course jets fairy cake with the candle is a must

Hi,

My DS1 - i did a slideshow which had loads of photos of his 1st year including me in different stages of pregnancy - of course she wont watch it now, but its a way of keeping memories and the stages they went through sooo quickly!
also i got all the other DC to share what they love about him.( filmed and added it)
also i had a book which my guests wrote in there hopes for his life im the future - nice to keep and read back!
