So far I know that sometimes it means he's hungry or bored, but he's just started doing it in the last week and Im not sure whether it might mean something else. Did wonder if teething is coming, he sucks fabric A LOT, dribbles and is also starting to stick his (pointed) tongue out but is by no means unhappy all the time when he's doing it. Kind of half want to give Calpol all the time to see if it stops. He is sick quite often so guess it could be wind/tummy ache.

Any ideas, I'm starting to worry...

it could just be a noise, if hes not always unhappy it might not have anything to do with it, id keep calpol as a last resort, you could try teething gel or granules they might make a difference if not he'l prob just grow out if it!
