I know it's normal for toddlers to bite...
But.
He was biting when he was frustrated, like when another child muscled in, or took a toy. Not acceptable but understandable. Now he seems to be biting for random reasons (or none at all!) He will bite me, other children, the childminder, himself even!
We've been working on him going on his 'spot' as a punishment. He doesn't seem to care and continually gets up from it. So we sit him back down and increase the time... but he just gets up again, and again and again!
So wise MNers... any of you have any experience? Because between the childminder and I, we have almost given up.
