I think the answer on Little Angels is always the same - a good bedtime routine, explain that they have to stay in their beds from now on, and put them back again and again until they do. Plus star charts with rewards for staying in their own beds. Maybe also make a big thing of doing something nice with their bed and bedroom and emphasising it is their special place. But mostly putting them back until it is 7am (or whenever you consider OK) when they can come in for a big cuddle. Do they share a room normally? Would they like to?

A single mum of five? I can't cope as a couple with two half the time!

I'm in awe. How old are your kids?
I think putting them back is the only way but you have to persevere and I bet it's knackering - esp when your bed is nice and warm!

I agree with both of aloha's posts. Good luck.
