DD is really worried about keeps asking questions about him. (He was born at the weekend and is doing great)

We have shown her photos and explanined that he isnt poorly now he is just little. She is very switched on her age but because she cant actually see him yet its hard for her.

Any ideas? Are there any books for children? I have had a look but cant find anything.

My 2nd child was born by emergency c sec at 34 weeks and my 1st born was only 3.
Mummy dropped him to his childminder to go to work and then life completely changed for the poor sod, but they take it all in their stride and adapt so quickly.
Maybe try saying that the baby is 100% fine but that the Mummy is still a little bit poorly, change the focus slightly or that the Dr says its too cold for the baby to go home just yet, am sure you'll think of something.
As for books, I looked too and there is def a hole in the market...

That is an amazing idea to say that its too cold for him to go home!! She will buy that easily. Thank you Smile
