My fairly placid (has moments but generally a good boy) has started being really aggressive towards me. Not other children yet. He is also eating like crazy, always moaning he is hungry an hr after lunch etc. I heard boys get a hormone surge around 3. Is this true

In your experience.

I'm not worried about disapline he is child no 2 so I'm pretty ok with time out etc. Just wondering if there have had the same and does it calm down? I hope so.

apparently at the age of 3 you have more hormones coursing round your body than you do for the rest of you life!

and it sounds like he's having a growth spurt and it sounds like his blood sugar levels might be a bit up and down.

try giving him slow release foods like oats, wholemeal bread/rice/pasta etc instead of white and plenty of oily fish and protein
