When can I expect his first smile?

DS is one month old. Not entirely happy; has reflux. But when can I expect first smile? And eye contact etc? No idea of milestones and panicking slightly that he doesn't really startle to loud noises or smile etc. No doubt I'm being utterly neurotic

My lo smiled at around 3 weeks and no one would believe me and said it was just wind! (I'm convinved it wasn't, you could tell the difference). I read/was told around 6 - 8 weeks to start smiling. And mine never really startled at loud noises unless it was just on the point of him dropping off to sleep.
