baby dan baby den as room divider?

hi there. We have bought a babydan baby den (thinking it could be used as a room divider but having now bought the wall brackets the instructions say it should not be used in a straight line to divide a room. I just wondered whether anyone has actually tried using it as a room divider though. We have an open plan lounge to kitchen and I was hoping to block off in the middle. THanks for any thoughts Jo x

I think you can use it across a room as long as you put a slight kink in it. We've put it straight along our patio doors but haven't put the brackets on the wall as it's held well enough by the furniture at the moment. It's all to do with stability. Make it sort of W shaped with very slight angles and I think you're ok.
