Mine

Esp DD2

All 3 are ill, or recovering from illness. The older 2 haven't eaten properly for at least a week each

Not sleeping because they are bloody coughing all night long

DD1 massively over-excited Christmas Eve and Christmas morning... cue MAHOOSIVE comedown from lunchtime onwards

DD2's behaviour has been appaling (she's 4)For the 1st time in her life Dp and I were at a bit of a loss as to how to manage her

We considered Ebay

You're not alone. We spent 3 hours out in the snow to let off steam, let off energy and generally have some more space!

Maybe child swap website!

Mine - has been a very trying Christmas due to DS2 being ill and therefore being extremely clingy and DS1 (4) being extremely hyper and causing chaos! He actually had an afternoon nap today for the first time that I can remember which was heaven (I took the opportunity to lie down on the bed with him and have a nap aswell Xmas Grin)

The DDs were really overexcited and naughty just before Christmas, and now they've calmed down a bit but unfortunately Santa seems to have brought me two new teenagers to replace my 3 and 4 year olds. So tonight we had:

Me: OK girls, let's get your pyjamas on and go to bed.
DD1: Erm, let me see. No.
DD2: I don't think so. I'm playing with my toys .

Gulp.

We have been stuck indoors too as my 2 do not do the cold well and whinge and cry after 2 minutes (DS2) and 10 minutes (DS1) - not worth the hassle tbh.

Had to bribe DS1 to walk to the sweet shop this afternoon (20 minutes) as we had to get out the house!!

Ohthank god its not just my Ds. He seems to have been possessed! We too have all been ill since last Tuesday and his behaviour is awful. Not eaten properly for a week hasn't helped (he's grumpy when not full up, but can't get him to eat Hmm)
