temper tantrum vomiting..

Help! My DS (1.1) has figured out that the way to get attention is shoving his hand down his throat and vomiting. He only does it when he's angry/upset about something. Suggestions on how to deal with this?

Ignore it

Easier said than done but do not give it any attention as that is what he is after
