my baby..1 tomorrow, screams! he screams alot not just when frustrated, could there be something wrong?

I would say that hes just learned a new noise, and the fact that he seems to get more of your attention is probably even better.

I totally ignore him! Its been going on a while. Not sure if I am worried or not. Not a sign of dyspraxia or anything then?

Im no expert Im afraid, but it really does sound like normal behaviour. As long as you think that he is developing in areas apropriate to his age I would not worry.

looked up dyspraxia and its nor that!!
I just thought screaming was a sign of something?
