my 3 year old keeps waking up saying she feels but never is...help

my daughter is nearly 4 she was sick about a month ago. But recently she keeps waking saying she feels sick and want a bowl.. she does this for about 2 hours. she gets really upset though. she is never sick though.. i cant see this stopping and would like any advice on how to stop this.x

No advice but I'm watching this as we have a similar problem! I think at that age they just get really freaked out by it. My DD (3.5) gets nightmares about it :(

just give her a bowl cuddle her and tell her you think she will be fine and is not likely to be sick
with mine it helped sympathising with just how awful it feels when sick but not making to much of it, just being glad it does not happen often

but I meant to say to create distractions and not really mentioning it after providing the thing she feels she needs to ease her anxiety
