Signing up for schools.

Hi,

I have a two year old and we live in Barkingside.

I was thinking of schools and enrollement... can anyone recommend a good school and is there a huge gap between the private and goverment schools?

If there is a website that anyone can suggest that would be great as I haven't clue about when to enroll, he was two in October this year.

You've probably got another 2 years before you go through the admissions process for Reception (he'd start Sept 2013, at almost 5) in a state school but maybe within the next year for a nursery place( he would be funded for 15 hrs per week,termtime from Jsn 2012). Check your Borough website for the current dates and criteria under Primary School Admissions. Private schools you should be registering for now though.
