Help! Does teething stop and start??!

My 9 month old DS cut two teeth before he was 3 months old but there is no sign of any more teeth. He's now 9 months! He dribbles loads and is chewing constantly, but has done since he was 2 months!! Has anyone else had experience of stop/start teething?! Should I be worried?

Don't be worried. They will arrive in good time. My ds2 had odd gaps between teeth arriving. He's now 22 mo and still chews on his fists most days, so I guess some back teeth are prepping up to arrive at some point.
