10 months old - temper tantrums?

Can a 10 month old have one? My little man loves going in the bath and screams blue murder when you take him out. Is it possible he's having a temper tantrum because he's ben stopped from doing something he likes. I'm just asking because that's what it seems like, but I'm also worried that something is scaring/upsetting him. What is the best way to deal with this?

yes it is possible,,my Ds started at around 9/10mths then mellowed and is back on them now..lol I used to just carry on with what I was doing but chat away about why he couldnt sit in the bath/ stay in the park or whatever.

DS2 started temper tantrums very early about one. I always used to find that the best thing was to try something, if it upset him stop (ie: taking him out of the bath), distract him and then try again. Second time around he was fine.
At the age they are too young to really understand or respond to any form of discpline.

Language now he is 2 and a bit has calmed him down a bit, though he is now trying the terrible two's. Problem is that you get wise to his game and often he screams and I know he is pretending

Thanks

He loves being in the bath - crawls around and tries to pull the plug out, plays and splashes etc. But we take him out the bath and it's like all hell has broken loose....until he gets his night-time bottle!

It's reassuring to know it is normal behaviour. We're really lucky - he is pretty mellow most of the time.
